Camano Choice has been a garden staple since Dick and Susan Ambrose introduced it from Camano Island, Washington in 1981. Growing Camano Choice

Stake plants early, as they can reach well over four feet and will lean or snap in wind. Pinch the center shoot once three sets of leaves have formed to encourage branching and heavier bloom. Feed every two weeks with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds form, and disbud side shoots to push size into the main bloom.
