Growing Ferncliff Spice

Pinch early at four to six nodes to trigger strong branching and the prolific bloom production Ferncliff Spice is famous for. Plant in full sun and keep soil evenly moist once daytime temperatures warm, letting the surface dry slightly between waterings to protect tubers. Stake at planting time since plants can reach chest height by midsummer. Cut stems in the morning just as the outer petals open fully for the longest-lasting display.
