Miniature Ball · 2–3"WhiteRich Gibson (2021)United States

Rich Gibson introduced this tightly rounded white dahlia in 2021 and named it for Baker Road, where his grandfather grew dahlias. Each bloom opens as a globe of pure cream-white with petals that spiral cleanly to the center. The coloring holds steady through overcast skies and cool mornings without picking up the pink or lavender blush that plagues many white varieties. It was bred in United States by Rich Gibson in 2021.

Growing 20th Ave & Baker Rd

Plant tubers after your last frost date in full sun with at least six hours of direct light. Pinch the central growing tip above the third leaf pair to push side branches and increase stem count. Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged, and feed every two to three weeks with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds appear. Cut in the cool of the morning, taking stems at an angle and placing them in water immediately. Stake plants early as they approach full height to keep stems straight.

Spacing
Space roughly 2–3 ft apart
Staking
