Growing 20th Ave Softer Peach

Pinch plants at twelve to fourteen inches to build out strong laterals before the first buds set. Stake early, as plants easily clear four feet and the heads catch wind. Water consistently at the root zone and keep foliage dry to reduce mildew pressure. Feed with a balanced fertilizer through midsummer, then shift to lower nitrogen as buds develop to firm up petals and hold color.
