Growing Cameo

Plant tubers in full sun in well-drained, fertile soil once frost risk has passed. Pinch the main shoot when plants are about knee height to encourage branching and more stems per plant. Stake early to keep the tall growth tidy in wind. Water regularly at the base and feed with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds appear. Cut frequently to keep new blooms coming through autumn.
