Growing Gerrie Hoek

Plant your tubers in full sun after your last frost date. Pinch the central shoot when you have three sets of leaves to encourage branching and a bigger harvest. Stake early, as plants get tall and the stems are worth protecting. Keep cutting regularly and cut all the way down to a lateral bud or leaf node; the more you cut, the more it gives.
