Feline Yvonne was bred in Netherlands by Peter Komen in 2019. Feline Yvonne produces bold raspberry pink flowers with rich plum-purple hues that deepen toward the center, giving each bloom a layered, jewel-toned quality. Blooms are carried on dramatically dark, near-black stems that create strong contrast in the garden and in arrangements. Feline Yvonne is an informal decorative dahlia that opens 4.5–6" blooms in pink.

Growing Feline Yvonne

Plant tubers in full sun in well-drained soil after the last frost date. Pinch out the central shoot when stems reach knee height to encourage branching and more flowers. Water deeply every few days once growth is established; avoid wetting foliage to reduce mildew risk. Stake early, as dark stems can be heavy when flower-laden. Lift and store tubers before hard frost in zones below 9.
