Growing Hy Suntan

Pinch your plants early, once they reach about a foot tall, so you trade one lazy center stem for a flush of long cutting stems later. Stake before buds set; your stems run on the shorter side and still appreciate support in wind. Cut deep and often once blooms open to keep new buds coming through the end of the season. Feed steadily through summer to hold the copper tone saturated as nights cool.

Spacing
Space roughly 2–3 ft apart
Staking
