Just Married is a laciniated dahlia that opens 6–8" blooms in pink. Just Married opens rosy pink blooms with split, recurved petal tips that give each flower a lacy, celebratory look. A warm golden center fades toward palest pink at the edges, creating a soft gradient that photographs beautifully. It was bred in United States by Joseph Ghio in 1996.

Growing Just Married

Pinch the central shoot once plants reach knee height to encourage branching and a heavier bloom count. Support with a stake at planting time, as stems carry large blooms that can bow in wind. Feed with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds form and water consistently at the base. Harvest stems in the morning when flowers are three-quarters open for the longest indoor life.

Spacing
Space roughly 2–3 ft apart
Staking
Stake early — stems carry heavy blooms and lean in wind
