Kogane Fubuki was bred in Japan by Yamaki Ikushuengei Laboratory in 1992. Petals open shaggy and fringed, each one dipped in pink and tipped with molten gold. Bred in Japan in 1992 as 'Golden Snowstorm,' no two blooms come out of the garden wearing the same proportions of pink to yellow. Kogane Fubuki is a laciniated dahlia that opens 4–5" blooms in pink.
