Onesta is one of the most widely grown cut-flower dahlias in Holland, and for good reason. Its rose-pink blooms sit atop tall, sturdy stems that hold their shape long after the harvest. This is the dahlia that turned professional growers into believers, and keeps home gardeners coming back every year.

How to Grow It
Plant your tubers in full sun once the ground has warmed. Onesta thrives in fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Pinch the central shoot early to encourage bushy growth and more stems. Cut regularly to keep flowers coming all season, as the more you pick, the more it produces. Tall but self-supporting, it rarely needs staking.
