Growing Ryecroft Delight

Plant tubers in full sun after your last frost date, setting them about two to three inches below the soil surface. Pinch the central growing tip above the third leaf node to encourage branching and maximize bloom count. Stake plants early so stems stay straight as they grow. Water deeply once or twice a week rather than shallowly every day, and keep mulch around the root zone to hold moisture. Feed with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds begin to form.
