Sweet Nathalie is a formal decorative dahlia that opens 3.9–5.9" blooms in pink. Sweet Nathalie opens to layers of palest pink petals that fade to creamy ivory at the center, creating a bloom that reads romantic in any arrangement. Lindhout Ornata bred this variety to produce stem after stem on compact plants, giving you a reliable source of soft color from midsummer through frost. It is a 2006 Netherlands introduction.

Growing Sweet Nathalie
Plant your tuber in full sun once soil has warmed and all frost risk has passed. Pinch the growing tip when your plant reaches about knee height to encourage a bushier habit and more stems. Keep soil evenly moist and stake early, as heavy blooms on long stems can lean in wind. Cutting frequently signals your plant to keep producing, so harvest often rather than letting blooms linger.
- Spacing
- Space roughly 2–3 ft apart
- Staking
- Staking recommended once buds set
