Growing Tropical Dream

Plant tubers after the last frost when soil is reliably warm. Stake early, as stems grow tall and can flex in wind. Pinch above the third leaf set to encourage more lateral branches and a stronger flush of flowers. Feed with a low-nitrogen fertilizer once buds form, and water at the base to keep foliage dry. Shield from strong afternoon sun to prevent petal tip scorch, especially in warm climates.
