Put one stem on the table and the whole arrangement recalibrates. Blush pink and icy white shift together across each petal in a soft gradient that photographs differently every time you look. Florists sourcing from small farms discovered it first, and it keeps selling out before the rest of the catalog.

How to Grow It
Plant in full sun and give your plant generous spacing so air can move freely around each stem. Pinch early after several sets of leaves have formed to encourage branching and more blooms. Stake at planting time because your plant will grow well above waist height. Harvest when blooms are nearly fully open.
