Creme de Cassis is a waterlily dahlia that opens 4–6" blooms in purple. Named for the French blackcurrant liqueur, this Dutch introduction earns its name. Pale lavender-pink on top, deep wine-red underneath, with a near-black heart that deepens as the bloom opens. It was bred in Netherlands by Geerlings Dahlia in 2015.
