Pacific Ocean is a waterlily dahlia that opens 3–3.5" blooms with Light Blend coloring. Pacific Ocean opens flat, the way a waterlily does on still water. The petals start pale lemon at the center and blush pink toward the tips. It was first introduced in 2012.
