How to Grow It

Plant your tuber in full sun once the soil has warmed and all frost risk has passed. Stake early, as the plant gets tall and the blooms are heavy. Pinch the central shoot after a few sets of leaves to encourage strong lateral branching and more flowers. Deadhead regularly to keep new blooms coming from midsummer through autumn. Dig and store your tubers after the first frost for best results the following year.
