Growing KA's Khaleesi

Stake your plant early. It grows tall and needs support before you think it does. Pinch once after the third set of leaves to push side branching. Cut stems early in the morning and condition in cool water right away. Deadhead spent blooms consistently and your plant will keep producing all season. This variety is trademarked. You can sell cut flowers but not tubers or cuttings without a license from Santa Cruz Dahlias.
